Has anyone out there had their AUS800 "migrate" out of position after surgery?

My surgeon had me return after 6 weeks to activate and he couldn't find it where it should be?

Said I would have to undergo manual positioning to try to move it by the himself.

After 15 minutes I said to stop because of the escalating pain level!

It was decided to undergo another in-office procedure to surgically locate it and move it where it was supposed to be.

Well.......while trying to that surgically, he punctured the resevoir and rendered the device unoperable!

BTW, I found this out three days later, by myself, online, while I was reading his notes on the hospital/clinic procedure list.

NO Phone CALL or "Tom, we had a mishap while executing your surgery and this happened!"

The doctor has never called or sent an e-mail to me addressing this or even seen how I was doing!

I am pissed and sent a copy of the procedure notes to my Primary Physcian to let him know what happened!

That's just totally maddening; maybe not malpractice, but close to it!
