Hello all, does anyone use this drug? Someone else asked this in December but it was very new then so I am hoping that in the meantime there may be more people using it?

I'm just starting on this drug, 4th day. I have colon cancer. Its approved for lung cancer right now, but KRAS G12C is also found in colon cancer so I am trying it as I don't have that many options left.

I have researched a lot about it, but the only thing I cannot find is:

How long does it take before you notice how you tolerate it and for any potential side effects to kick in? (how many days, weeks?).
