scheduled a transperineal biopsy positive MRI with 30mmx15mm pirads4.

a few Pirads 2 lesions also. Should I get a 4kscore test or just get the biopsy?

    1. I agree that one should wait for the data to make predictions.
    2. I don't see anything wrong with getting a 4K score.

    Hi,

You can’t determine a Gleason score until you have had a biopsy. Any speculation is just that. Just have to wait and see. If it is cancer then I would get a Oncologist on board to review your findings along with your Urologist. Good luck…

if it is Gleason 9 and low ADC high DWI low free % why doc needs to scare wife and upset her by speculating based on MRI in a 2 minute convo is beyond me.
