Extremely low white cell count 3 months after finishing chemotherapy

I had Large cell atiplastic lymphoma

did 8 rounds of R Chop Chemotherapy

3 months later my white cell count dropped to 1.2

Just did a Bone marrow biopsy and was told that I may need a transplant depending upon the results

has anyone else gone through this and what did they do
