injections for ED after hormone therapy and IMRT

78 year old on Lupron since 12/22/2021. Will start 45 IMRT treatments this week. GS 4 (4+3) with 4 positive cores on biopsy staged at T3a and T3b because of neurovascular and seminal vesicle involvement. Has any tried trimix injections for ed?

    Interest in sex usually goes way down once the effects of ADT take hold...

    More in general, ED issues are usually addressed with pills as a start.

    My understanding is Lupron kills testosterone... if testosterone is not there, the desire to have sex slows down. Uro's use Lupron to also slow the growth of cancer cells in the prostate

    Injected properly Trimix will work almost every time. Good luck.
