What does this scan tell us? I think it tells if prostate cancer has spread. Does it give any indication of the aggressiveness of the cancer cells? Does it give a Gleason type score?

Yes, the scan will show major spread; not micrometastases.

You can (pretty safely) assume that the cancer is aggressive because it has spread.

No, scan results won't give a Gleason score as such. Those are obtained from a biopsy.
