Radiation Proctitis Odor 6 years post radiation treatment

Diagnosed with Proctitis Emeritus and Radiation Proctitis January 2020 and 2022 respectively. Uncontrollable anal discharge with putrid odor. I am trying diet logging eats and smell relationship. Does anyone have any ideas as to controlling or stopping odor?
