Aromatase inhibitors and macular degeneration

Hello,

I saw some articles that aromatase inhibitors may make macular degeneration worse. Has anyone have this problem? I have myopic macular degeneration and wrinkles in my retina. Not sure if I want to trade in my eyesight for cancer recurrence.....
