Chest tissue pain getting worse 7 years post radiation

Hi,

My wife had a double mastectomy in April of 2015. She had a 16 rounds of chemo and 30 days of radiation. She has had three reconstructions to address her pain and things on the right chest where she received the radiation are more painful than ever. Her last surgery was 12/17/2021. Does anyone know if there is some sort of injection that can be given to her in the site of her pain to give her relief?
