Screening for second Testicular cancer

Hi all,
I’m 3 years removed from stage IIIB testicular cancer. I did RPLND/BEP X4 and has my left testicle removed.
recently, I’ve been feeling a dull sort of numbing pain that comes and goes from my right testicle. I don’t feel any lumps, but I’m also not really sure what I’m looking for. Since my surgery my testicle is much large in size.
obviously I’m arrange an appointment, but can anyone here help describe what I might find if it is a tumor?
