Frustrated with the New System

I’ve been trying for two days to post a reply to Bill’s 2cm post because my situation was similar. Nothing gets posted. I get a message that my comment will post after the moderator approves it. But the comment sits there in limbo.

Bill, for a mass your size, CT may or may not resolve what it is. My initial lesion was 1.5cm (2013). CT said it was suspicious for cancer, but the urologic oncologist I had recommended active surveillance since masses that size sometimes turn out benign. My surveillance took 2-1/2 years with scans every six months until there was measurable growth. Then it got removed via robotic surgery.

Fingers crossed this comment posts.

Bay Area Guy, I'm right there with you. Parts of a post I made were censored for giving medical advice. I gave no such advise. I offered my thoughts on the chance of recurrences for his stage 1 grade 1 tumor.

    Frustrated with the New System

    Hi "Bay Area Guy"

Thanks for getting back to me, for sharing your experience, and sorry for not responding earlier - i actually didnt receive a notification of your message and found it by browsing through the messages! Incidentally, I spoke with my urologist (who seems very competent etc.) and he is suggesting a biopsy but I am somewhat hesitant given the possibility of seeding...
