    Hi thanks. I'm on the 3rd adjusted dose hope it helps. My right vocal cord is affected I sound like I've been smoking 3 packs a day for the past 20 years. Hopefully it will resolve soon. I'm getting tired of explaining to people that I'm not sick. 😷
