Cancer Before College
Hi everyone, I was recently diagnosed with a germ cell tumor right before leaving for college. So now I'm taking a gap year to go through chemo and possible surgery. I've been struggling lately because I'm in such a transitional phase in my life and don't really have much going on (in terms of school or a job). Has anyone else been in this situation and been able to find something to ground themselves? Classes aren't really an option because of the intensity of treatment. Just trying to get through these next few months.
