Thanks for reaching out. I'm scheduled to start tomorrow. Feeling anxious & afraid... and slightly hopeful. Everybody talks about the side effects but no one talks about effectiveness or results. I hope it's worth whatever I have to go through.

Good luck with your treatment tomorrow! My childhood friend, who I mentioned in Post #13 above, completed three years on Keytruda. She was diagnosed with endometrial cancer (stage 4, grade 3), in early 2017. She started on Ketruda and Lenvima in 2020, after Keytruda was approved for endometrial cancer. The Lenvima was subsequently discontinued due to side effects and she continued on Keytruda alone for another two years. Her last several CT scans showed no evidence of disease and she finished treatment in June 2023. Her daughter and granddaughter threw her a wonderful surprise party in July to celebrate her NED status and the completion of six continuous years of endometrial cancer treatment.

I ended up not starting Keytruda because I tested positive for Covid. Now everything is postponed 2 weeks while I deal with this. Thanks for being here! xoxo

What a let down when you are all geared up and ready to go. I hope your Covid symptoms are mild and your recovery swift. Take good care of yourself.
