hotels with 'hospital type' adjustable beds

My sister has metastatic breast cancer in spine, pelvis and lining of her brain. We are in Southern California and I'm looking for a hotel, condo or home from Newport Beach - to Dana point, CA that is wheelchair accessible and has hospital style adjustable bed.
Any suggestions on how to find a resource for this request? Thank you
