More chemo?

A friend was diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer last January - had 15 inches of colon, gallbladder and 1/2 liver removed after almost a year of chemo. Drs always saw shadows on her lungs but now it has progessed.  Is chemo necessary or are surgery and radiation enough?

my dr wants chemo for my lung mets

I'm on chemo for lung mets. My radiation was focused only on my spinal tumor. I'm on irinotecan and Avastin bi-weekly.
