What does this mean

What does "nonopacification of a portion of the proximal right ureter" mean? I'm waiting for Dr. to call with results. Does this mean furthur testing, or do they usually disregard when that happens on the ct urogram. Has anyone had this happen, and if so, what was the outcome?

Thank you in advance!
