    Exercise

    Wow!  You have been through a lot.  My first Cancer I didn’t exercise for seven months and it took years to recover and get my strength bacK.  When I was dxed with breast cancer 10 years later I opted to exercise starting the day after the surgery...which doctor also recommend.  My recovery from Breast cancer was quick due to exercise.  Good luck!

    Exercise

    Definitely sounds like you had a better go of it the second time!  Sorry to read that you had a second time (or a first time, for that matter!).

    Spoke with my neurosurgical PA yesterday and he cleared me for light weight/low rep resistance training but no PT as long as the tumor is pressing on the spinal cord.  Makes sense of course, but frustrating just the same!
