Hello

I recently came across nanoknife ablation and HIPEC looking for info about those from those who either know about them or have had them . Do they use these two for rectal cancer that has spread to the abdominal lining ? Are the procedures a major surgery ? Is the outcome of these procedures better then just standard chemo ? Thinking of contacting a surgeon who does these and just looking for some more information if there right for my dad .
