Any one had DCIS and IDC on both breasts , I am newly diagnosed

hi
i had DCIS 5cm, IDC stage1B. 1.7cm, 0.8cm, 0.4cm, 0.2cm, 0.2cm all on left breast and my right breast I had DCIS stage0 0.8cm, IDC stage1A. 0.9cm. I had 4 chemo, 15 radiation and bilateral mastectomy. Now I am on Tamoxifen. Please any survivor have the same case like mine please message me, I need help and thank you
