Pralsetinib

I have stage 4 lung cancer. I've been on Tagrisso and have had chemo and radiation treatments. My Dr just recommended I come off Tagrisso and go on Pralsetinib to treat a new ret mutation. Does anyone have any experience with this drug? How well did it work and what side effects were experienced? i appreciate any information you can provide.
