Guardasil question

The FDA has approved the Guardasil vaccine for people up to age 45. I see at many clinics and Planned Parenthood they offer it up to age 45. I just turned 46, is there still a way to get this vaccine? I think I could still benefit from this vaccine as it prevents a certain percentage of gynecological cancers, head, neck, anal and throat cancers. I'm also willing to pay out of pocket. Thanks for any info.
