Covid Vaccine or start Chemo?
I am supposed to start Chemo this Friday, but also just received a Covid Vaccine invite for same day (pushed up from next Tues). does anyone know if best to get the Covid Vaccine (I'm at high risk with very diminished lung capacity and past history of lung cancer) or to go ahead with first chemo treatment then get Covid vaccine next week? My docs aren't advising after emailing them and I just was offered the earlier Covid Vaccine appt for Friday and thinking good to take then push the start of chemo to next week. Any thoughts? All new to me.
