Well quick update.
Well quick update.
My daughter was wondering if the stevia I was putting in my coffee could be causing these monster headaches from youknowwhere. I looked it up and I'll be darned it has been known to cause migraines in some people. I stopped several days ago and today I didn't take pain meds until late morning. The pain went away enough that I wasn't having to dose up around the clock. Very thankful but still going to see pain management doctor because the lymph fluid is still pressing on those nerves and if I need meds that's the person to see.
Now trying to taper down on all these opiates. I'm sickish with a runny nose and just icky feeling. Just have to power through it won't take long.
These headaches and the meds I took for relief really threw a spanner into my recovery. I wasted a couple of months on it and it is taking much longer to bounce back now. Got to focus on feeding and hydration now as my weight continues to drip off.
