For anyone who is new, here is a little hint to stop double posts. 

Don't hit the refresh or < button after you have submitted your post, but go to the top of the page and hit the COLORECTAL CANCER part of this line up

CSN Home > Discussion Boards > Cancer Specific > COLORECTAL CANCER

I remember back in the day, it took me a while to get that one, not being techi minded.

    No problem!

    When I have done it - and it is quite a few times, I just go to the second one and hit Report as innapropriate.  I have also noticed that the mods will just go ahead and delete them. 

    It is definitely something we have all done, and like me, and just plain forget.
