Can eating eggs (hard boiled) make PSA levels rise , fall or stay consistent?

PSA and diet
Hi there,
Broadly speaking diet does not affect PSA levels at all.
However there are various things like statins, curcumin found in turmeric and some herbal medicines, etc that may mask PSA to a certain extent.
Nobody seems to know the extent of the effect.
PSA testing is not an exact assay with problems in baseline, reagent response, etc so it is just one more unknown unknown in the mix.
This is why you should not take one PSA test on its own, it may be an outlier.
