Has anyone tried Healios Or manuka honey? I have read some very very positive reviews on both with almost everyone that have used them. TIA

    OhNo,

    My girlfriend used manuka honey in my smoothies. She says it's expensive, but feels it has good Cancer fighting compounds.

    She also recommends alkaline water...
