Chemo allergic reaction

Has anyone taken chemo pill called Mekinist.I am have allergic reaction.Pimples and swelling of face.seen dr Friday.told me to use lotion without acohol.And benadrle.not helping.Does anyone have advice please.i will be calling her Mon.Thank you
