    Sorry, I seem to have misinterpreted the meaning of "community support forum," I missed the implied "only if your situation is dire." If it's about the double post making me seem like an attention hog or something, I accidentally clicked the "submit" twice and don't know how to completely delete a post, I'm sure I'm hardly the only person who's ever done it.

    Clarification

    Hi dragon, 

    No worries on the duplicate post. And yes, many members do the double click on the Submit button. Members cannot delete posts, only moderators. We probably would've deleted this first post but we didn't find it until it had a comment or two on it. Then, we would leave it as we do not like to delete entire threads.
