Notch 101
My wife was diagnosed with liver cancer last October, 2019. Rather large tumors that made her look like she was, as she said, 6 months pregnant. She started chemo treatments which did not go well. Horrible. Our Doctor told us about an experimental procedure called Notch 101. She started treatments with the Notch 101 in January 2020.....It was amazing.
Within one month the tumors had shrunk considerably to the size of a quarter and her tummy was nice and flat. As of today the tumors are being referred to as two spots on the liver and the liver function is normal again. The Doctor said the cancer is in remission. She is still taking treatments.....After this long story I must say there are side effects. A lingering cough and a very bothersome rash.
We are hopeful that this treatment will soon be available to everyone. My question is has anyone else on this forum had treatment with Notch 101? Thank you.
