healthy 83 year old deciding about chemo p R breast mastectomy

Ihave been to gynocologist and medical oncologist.  The gyn suggested chemo.  The medical oncologist gave me all the cons and pros of chemo.  My KI67 is at 47 percent.  My endopredict came back 7.1.

I would appreciate any thoughts on the decision I must make.

August 3, 2020 R. Breast mastectomy, R. Breast lumpectomy with radiation in 2003.

    What type of breast cancer and what type of chemo are they talking about?
