Dignosed Perateneal Cancer same as Ovarian Cancer

I am visiting from other boards.As dr. Said it's same as Ovarian Cancer.Several scans ,biopsy.I have had Cancer 6 times.Second time for this one.They are wanting to start me on Trametinib Chemo pill.Has anyone took this before?Its hard to believe a pill can kill Cancer.This May be a silly question but is their anything that helps the feeling of having to pee all the time?Its horrible.Thank you.I appriatte any response.
