in Anal Cancer #1

Two years since last treatment. incision is still sore after hard poop. Anyone else?

    Constipation

    Hard BM bleeding from incision. Two years out.

    No problems or bleeding unless.....

    I’m 3.5 years out and things are much better. Only problems when movements are too hard or too soft. It took at least 2 years for things to be a lot better. Still have bleeding with extremes but pretty stable.

    Thank you, I'm still sore after about 3 weeks out from hard bm. I see my surgeon on the 21st.. This always scares me.

    Colorectal surgeon?

    Greetings, Brendaklein: If you are bleeding from an anal incision, you should be seeing your colorectal surgeon! If you are bleeding from a fissure, a CR curgeon can also help. A dietician might be able to help you control your diet to cut down on constipated stools. Please don't suffer - act.
