Gluten Sensitivity

I have gluten sensitivity.  Did not know it until 2 months ago.  The nutritionalist said I would gain weight by cutting out gluten and I am happy to report that in 2 months time I have gained close to 3lbs.  It feels so good to see that is working!

    Great

Good to hear that it is working for you.  My grand daughter has the same problem and when she cuts gluten out, she feels so much better.

    Yeah

Good to know that you know it. Especially because so many things are without gluten and taste equally good or better. I prefer chickpea pasta above anything else. Of course you need to cut it out now but it helps and I am sure you will find very nice different dishes you did not know before.

    All the best!

I hope she sticks with it.

I hope she sticks with it.  It can cause your thyroid antibodies to overproduce to fight the gluten and can lead to serious digestion issues.

I have not missed gluten at

I have not missed gluten at all.  We found a bakery that is all gluten free.  It is great!

I will have to check out chickpea pasta!
