Re telemeds, I had to see Dr. Arend at Alabama in person too. She was great, but flying to Ala in the middle of chemo and COVID was less than ideal! (I've been in strict isolation except for doctor visits since my diagnosis on 9/15/21.) In contrast, I so appreciated Dr. Birrer's offer to do a telemed--much safer. I admire you for having such a great diet; I'm not there yet & am struggling to lose the 15 lbs I gained in chemo. Take care.
