Swelling on radiotherapy area on face

I am getting some white patches on my operated side.

    Not familiar with

    white patches. Only an Op., with no Chemo and/or Rads?

    Seems the obvious would be to ask your ENT or PCP about. Someone here might know what would cause skin to turn white, but not I.

    swelling of neck

    I have surgey of the mouth and neck. Acccording to what I know the swelling will take a long time to go away. Also I have numbnes in the same area
