Dont know what to do!

My mom was diagnosed with stage 4c colon cancer this time last year. It had metastasized to her liver. She did a years worth of chemo. 2 weeks ago we found out it wasn't working. She is now in hospice care at home and waiting to get into a nursing home. She is on some pain meds and has severe anxiety. I am trying everything I can to make her comfortable. I dont know what else to do to help her or what anyone else can do. I feel so lost.

    Feeling lost is normal.  What you can do is visit her often.  Go make her lunch and bring
    it to her.  Bring photos or something you have been working on.  Visit, visit, visit.

    I am so sorry to hear about

    I am so sorry to hear about your mom and what you are having to go through.  This is tough stuff and my heart breaks for you.  Maybe you ask her if she wants something to help the anxiety to give her some relief?  If she does, I would suggest being her advocate to help her get what she needs.  If she is in hospice, they should be able to help make her comfortable.
