I always forget to mention in my list of 'Things That Help' The Squatty Potty. 

The Squatty Potty has helped me just as much as the Bidet post treatment. 

There is something about raising the legs that helps with elimination. 

I purchased the tallest version. I see they have allot more options available, than when I purchased mine, several years ago.
