Very high blood sugar with Carbotaxol?
I just took a look at the results of a blood test taken just before my 4th Carbotaxol infusion. My glucose was at 164 mg/dL. This is extraordinarily high for me. In my entire life, I've never tested over 99 before. What gives? Can Carbotaxol give me diabetes. I haven't heard anything from my medical oncologist about this, so I am thinking this is either normal for treatment, or they don't realize my glucose is not normally that high or they don't "care," as in they don't think it's a side effect of treatmen, so they think it's my problem to solve.
Has anyone every had this issue with Carbotaxol?
