in Testicular Cancer #1

Been some time where I had pain in my lt . I've had some swelling and within the past month or so I've had this pain constantly . I have noticed firmness in it as well and the other week I found a hard rice like mass . 

I've had pain shoot up to my waist line all on the left side . 

 

What Could this be ?
