Hi all 

I just came home From my first scan since I have been away from chemo for 2 months.

NED

My break from chemo was just extended another 3 months, then i’ll get next scan etc .

I don’t have to go back till mid January.

Go Science!!!

    Congratulations,

    I am so happy for you,and hope for similar results for myself. I had my first CT scan yesterday after finishing chemo and having the surgery.

    Thank you!

    I guess one would say it was maintenance.  What started out as a plan to receive 6 months worth of chemo, turned into a year. 

    I still assume I will be on chemo as maintenance for life ..with breaks.

    I hope super duper long breaks.

    Sorry I jump on any stories where it seems that someone has become NED with mets from chemo alone as I get through each day by believing that this miracle can happen, and I will be one of the ones that get this.
