i had robotic partial nephrectomy  of right kidney 7 month ago. and since then i have almost constant flank and between shoulder blades pain.doctor said it is not from surgery. he mentioned  herniated disk. thoratic mri did not reveal any problem. ct and mri of stomach is negative.  so doctor lies. why they are not honestly explaining us that we can (20%) develope chronic pain? i tell you why: they worry that we can sue them in court. that's it.

I am asking only people who had robotic partial nephrectomy  if they have similar pain after 3 month and more after surgery. i use standard meds like tramadol and others but they have terrible side effect as you know. may be you use some herbs and vitamins that ease your pain. please share
