Does anyone know anyone with crohns who had a false positive with a cea of over 15o. The ct scan showed what appears to be tumors but GI doctor says it could be inflammation. Waiting for biopsy appointment and worrying.

    Sorry

I'm not able to help you with your answer, but CEA can be affected by many different things so don't read to much into the CEA numbers.  Mine were never accurate and with Crohns, I'm not sure how that would affect it.  Waiting is hard, especially for the biopsy results.  I'm wishing you the best.
