Hi everyone,

Last summer, I was diagnosed with stage 4 head & neck cancer and was fortunate enough to enter remission recently. The internet helped me quite a bit in terms of coping with lifestyle changes and I frequently heard people say: "I would not trade my post-cancer life for my pre-cancer life".

Although largely skeptical at first, I have come to realize that this is possible if you think about cancer with the right mindset and I wanted to share my learnings with anyone going through similar experiences.

I hope this serves as some form of inspiration to you or others.
