Update From Radiologist Today...Bad News...

in Anal Cancer #1

Not healing after almost a year post treatment. I thought at least one anal ulcer was getting better( I can't see them only feel)

 

Radiologist did a finger examination despite horrible pain am suffering in 'crack area' frustrated that not healing properly does not understand and has put me on Antibiotics for two weeks incase I have a weird bowel infection. Hopefully this will alleviate my vicious pain am having after every BM...otherwise before the Summer of 2019 is over I will definately.....end up with a permanent Colostomy. 

 

Very sad and in daily pain. Calmoseptine cream barrier is now 'burning my anal ulcers...so am sticking with the Nifidipine Baclofen Lidocaine Compound cream for now and continue to Epsom Salt baths after each and every BM no fun. 

 

My leg spasms are from leaning on left side all the time pinching the nerves in groin area. Am taking Magnisium Suppliements for this.

    Hang in there.  We received treatment about the same time.  I hope  that you reach the other side of all these side effects soon.

    Taking Metronidazole Antibiotic...2nd Antibiotic...in A few Days

    Took first probiotic 4 hrs after initial Antibiotic. Metro gives me bad headaches...side effects of damn antibiotics. No idea if this regime of antibiotics will alleviate my anal symptoms. 

     

    Many poos and baths yesterday pain all day long. Passed out after supper. Up late now. Full effects of Metronidazole not happening yet after two doses. Anal Ulcers a mess.
