Can anyone help please?

My father in law has bladder cancer which has now spread to his lymph nodes both sides of the diaphragm. The hospital are saying it is untreatable but he is determined to try anything to treat it. Is there anything anyone can suggest?

Thank you

Try to get to a big teaching

Try to get to a big teaching hospital.  Definitely get a second opinion.  Also look at https://clinicaltrials.gov/ for possibel clinical trials.  Do some research on your own if you can at google scholar.  Find out as much as possible about different treatment options.   Good luck...

    lymph nodes

Get a second expert opinion. Perhaps radiation of lymph nodes is possible. I am not a doctor.
