in Uterine/Endometrial Cancer #1

my mom Is on her second recurrence of Anal cancer, tumor In vagina. Starts chemo next week they are optimistic but the pesky pelvic lymph node is really the issue there not sure how to handle. Anyones input on tearment for a pelvic lymph node? I asked why they move it they said it’s in a tough area, like really today in age they don’t have something for this!
