Apricot Kernels for cancer treatment

To All strong cancer surviors,

This post is a ray of hope for my father who is suffering from metastatic bone cancer stage IV from liver. He was diagnosed with liver cyhrosis 4 years back. Things were pretty stable until he was disgnosed with stage IV metastatic cancer. He had been through radiation therapy in January.

I wanted to know the effects of apricot kernels. Is it really helpful in killing cancer cells. Is it something my father can try to improve ? Can someone please share the experience of using Apricot kernels.
