OK to chew or split Tamoxifen pill?
I have swallowing issues and I know I won't be able to swallow this pill whole once I have to start it next month. I know there is a liquid form, but it is expensive and I cannot afford it. The only way I'll be able to get this down is if I either chew or split it in two. Anyone else do this? This is causing me so much anxiety!

I believe as long as you get
I believe as long as you get all 20mg in, it doesn't matter. This is not an ER (extended release) medication. All studies have been based on the 20mg dose so do what you have to. I've been splitting mine to help relieve the fatigue associated with this and it seems to be helping a bit.
Good Luck!
