Odd Sensations at Neck...

Hi All!  Trusting to find you doing well in this journey we are on with good thoughts coming your way!

I have a question.  Have any of you had a sensation of "being choked...or a tight band around your neck post treatment, partial neck resection, max in rads for SSS of tongue, metz leseion around jugular same side .  I lubricate twice daily or more with coconut oil and light massage, have for 8 years now.  This is a one month mostly daily occurance...several times a day.  Occ I do have difficulty swallowing water (esophadeal spasms).  Any tips?  I don't Like it!  Feels like someone is choking me...Bleck.  TY in advance for any words of wisdom or tips!  I have had issues of intense muscle spams to floor of mouth

    Poor Keyboarding

    Should have proofed this!  So it is a SCC of the tongue and metz to my jugular the same side.  Esophageal and not esophadeal spasms... and intense muscle Spasms and Not spams.
